| Stephanie & I elected to run the 100 km race, which we both won in course record times. Paul stuck it out for the 100 mile, but had a difficult time. Going into the race with a gimpy ankle, he also suffered from nausea. Then, at mile 67, on the only tiny paved section of this difficult course, Paul stumbled and fell, seriously injuring his shoulder.
